Syntax: cast 'flow like water'

Through the use of [[Qi]], a Monk's movements can become as fluid and reactive
as a flowing stream. While performing the Flow Like Water technique,
you will find it easier to [[Dodge|dodge]] your enemies attacks or turn them aside
with your [[Crane Style]].

This fluidity comes at a price though: your blows will not land as heavily
for the duration of this affect.

In addition to its mana cost, Flow Like Water also requires 5 Inner [[Qi]]
to cast. It is exhausted for a moderate amount of time upon use.
