		+	It should also be noted that Illithids have racial evil. This means they will be lacking Protection Evil, which will cause them to take more damage from evil mobs (which are the majority). Further, unless they are a shf or sor, they will not have demonic intent, so during a run they are liable to having their alignment shift to neutral or good and potentially pop any enchanted gear. This makes the Arx Nivea [[Dark Acolyte Quest]] very handy for most Illithids as it gives Demonic Intent at 100%.
